Taquería Chicatana is a culinary project by the Mexican chef Daniel Corza, located in Vancouver, Canada. Bringing the whole authentic Mexican street taco experience in every delicious bite.
I documented candid moments during their iconic Taco Tuesday, capturing Daniel and Frida’s — his beautiful wife and business partner — authentic, cheerful, and laid-back spirit. Their warmth and passion can be felt from the moment you arrive to the last bite of your gringa.
